The online shop pellum.ee (hereinafter referred to as “the Online Shop”) is owned by OÜ AW METALL (registry code 14099446), located at Aruküla tee 7, Tartu, Estonia.
Sales Agreement, Product and Price Information
These terms apply when purchasing products from the Online Shop.
All prices are shown next to the products and include VAT.
The price also includes delivery within mainland Estonia, as well as to Saaremaa, Hiiumaa, Muhu, and Vormsi. Unfortunately, we do not deliver to other Estonian islands.
Product information is provided directly alongside each item in the Online Shop.
Placing an Order
To place an order, simply add the products you’d like to your shopping basket.
To complete your order, fill in the required details and choose a suitable delivery method.
You can then pay using a bank link or another available payment option.
The sales agreement becomes valid once the full payment has been received in the Online Shop’s bank account.
If an item you ordered is out of stock or cannot be delivered for any reason, we’ll let you know as soon as possible.
If you’re not happy with the longer delivery time we offer, we’ll refund your payment (including delivery costs), usually within 1–2 working days.
Depending on the payment method, it may take up to 7 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
Delivery
Kaupu saadetakse järgmistesse riikidesse: Eesti.
Eestisisesed saadetised jõuavad üldjuhul ostja määratud sihtpunkti 3-7 tööpäeva jooksul alates müügilepingu jõustumist.
Erandlikel juhtumitel on õigus kaup kohale toimetada kuni 30 kalendripäeva jooksul.
Kui Veebipood on veebilehel või tellimuse kinnituses teavitanud ostjat tarneprobleemidest ja 30 kalendripäeva ületavast tähtajast, kohaldub Veebipoe poolt avaldatud tähtaeg.
Right to Cancel
After receiving your order, you have 14 days to cancel the contract made through the Online Shop.
The right to cancel does not apply to legal entities (companies or organisations).
To use your 14-day return right, the item must not be used in any way other than necessary to examine its nature, features, or functionality.
If the item has been used for other purposes or shows signs of use or wear, we have the right to reduce the refund amount based on the decrease in value.
To return a product, please fill in the withdrawal form, which you can find here:

Email the completed form to: tagastus@pellum.ee within 14 days of receiving the product.
The cost of returning the product is paid by the customer, unless the reason for the return is that the product was wrong or faulty.
The buyer must return the item within 14 days after submitting the cancellation form or provide proof that it was handed over to a delivery service during that time.
We will refund all payments made under the contract within 14 days after receiving your cancellation notice – but only once we have received and inspected the returned item.
We may refuse to issue a refund until the returned product has been reviewed for defects or signs of reduced value.
The Online Shop also has the right to cancel the sale and request the return of goods if the product price was mistakenly listed far below its actual market value.
Warranty and Complaints
We are responsible for any defects in the goods that existed at the time of delivery and that appear within 2 years of the purchase.
If a defect appears within the first year, it is assumed that the issue already existed at the time of delivery. It is our responsibility to prove otherwise.

We are not responsible for defects caused by incorrect use, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
